- Chris Brown: single and snarky After almost a week as the topic of incessant chatter about his alleged assault of girlfriend Rihanna, Chris Brown has broken his silence. On his Facebook page, the 19-year-old rapper has changed his relationship status to single and posted the quote: "You'll begin to see her true colors. Believe it!" The New York Post reported there was nothing on the page making it clear he was talking about Rihanna.
Brown turned himself in to police Sunday and was booked on a felony charge of making criminal threats. According to Los Angeles police, the case could be handed over to the district attorney's office early next week, at which time prosecutors could charge Brown with more crimes.
